Who we are
BXA Creative is responsible for the personal information collected through bxacreative.com. For any privacy question or request, email bxacreative@gmail.com.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies. There are no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and nothing is stored in your browser. Music previews, images and fonts are served from our own website, so browsing the site doesn’t send your details to third parties.
The social media links in the footer take you to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie policies, which apply once you visit them.
What we collect
Enquiries. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, enquiry type, message and, if you give it, your company or organisation. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss, quote for and deliver the licensing or composition work you’ve asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries or, where you’re asking about working with us, taking steps towards a contract. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who we share it with
The website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores contact form submissions. We use Google (Gmail) for email. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK and EU, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any resulting work, and for any period required for legal or accounting records. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email bxacreative@gmail.com and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If we add features that change how we handle information, such as analytics, we’ll update this notice first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
